Grief lives in all of us.
It doesn’t follow a timeline.
It doesn’t need to be fixed.
It needs to be witnessed.
This group is a space to bring your grief—whatever shape it takes.
To speak. To listen. To not be alone in it.

What to Expect
- A small, gentle group held online
- Open space to share whatever grief you carry—death, change, disconnection, identity loss, or something unnamed
- No advice-giving, fixing, or pressure to be “okay”
- A rhythm of sharing, silence, witnessing, and gentle facilitation
- You’re welcome to just listen. Silence is a valid expression of grief.
This is not therapy. It’s a space of sacred permission to be with what’s real.
This May Be for You If...
- You’re carrying grief that doesn’t feel seen or understood
- You’re craving community—but want it to be quiet, slow, and real
- You want to honor your loss without needing to explain or perform it
- You’re longing for a space where nothing has to be “resolved”
No one will ask you to hurry your healing.
We’ll sit with what’s here, together.

It is a necessity.
It is the price we pay for love.”
